Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

When are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods (product launches, sales, holidays), dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping — $10.40 AUD
Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping — $25.00 AUD

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • For business deliveries, include the business name

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees

Tempo is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day exchange policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@tempobelts.com.au.

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll provide return instructions

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved returns will receive a store credit or exchange code for use at tempobelts.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

All prices on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
